SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We personally deliver our Casa menu direct to your door. In order to keep the products fresh and ensure no wastage, we fulfil orders the day after confirmation. Therefore, orders placed by 8pm are filled the following Frankie business day. For example if we receive your order confirmation Sunday 8pm, we will deliver orders on Tuesday.
For customers that select pick up option, we ask you collect your order the following business day for preparation.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Ms Frankie is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
When purchasing from Ms Frankie Shop, your financial details are passed through Stripe. Stripe use a secure server with AES-256 encryption technology.
