The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium dining environment.

• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience.

• Exceptional service skills and guest focused.

• Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices.

• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods.

• Proven ability in building effective relationships.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Experience in using a Time & Attendance system such as Deputy or similar.

• Exceptional communication and presentation.

• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.

• Must possess a valid RSA certificate.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. You will report to the Venue Manager and work along with the team to ensure delivering a high standard of service and restaurant operations.

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a premium, fast-paced dining environment.

• Exemplary leadership and coaching ability with a strong focus on maintaining a high-performance team.

• Exceptional service skills and guest focused.

• Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices.

• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods.

• Proven ability in building effective relationships.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Experience in using a system such as Abacus, Sevenrooms, or similar.

• Exceptional communication and presentation.

• Humble and open communication style.

• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.

• Must have a valid RSA certificate.

• Brings positive vibes and creates a high energy, high reward environment.
